Job Description:

• Facilitate and manage the internal and external recruitment process for assigned region/groups.
• Post job requisitions in accordance with company procedures.
• Respond to job applicant with information regarding methods of application.
• Gather feedback on recruiting methods through regular communication with hiring managers, P&C Manager, and candidates.
• Help identify efficiencies and other effective recruiting methods and strategies that are based on needs of the organization.
• Attend and participate in career fairs, industry and diversity-related events and college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Support a variety of company-wide recruitment projects.
• Make recommendations to improve the talent acquisition processes.

• Source and recruit potential candidates by using online ads, social media, professional networks, leads and referrals.
• Initiate onboarding process for all New Hires.
• Process New Hires after onboarding has been completed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding I-9 and W4 completion.
• Maintain and update Recruiting Report
• Maintain clear communication with hiring manager to keep them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
• General clerical duties and special projects as needed.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
